Ambitious in laid-back surroundings
When Michelin-starred restaurant Agrikultur closed down, chef Joel Aronsson took over the premises. Under the name Bord (which means “table” in Swedish), he serves up the kind of ingredients and wines you'd normally find in a fine dining restaurant, but in laid-back bistro-style surroundings, which turns out to be a very successful concept. He uses classic techniques combined with a large dose of French cuisine.
